We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to answer you and to film your wedding, and we never sell your details.

Who is responsible

Wedding Videos Ibiza, run by Tomas [surname] and Michelle [surname], [legal form, e.g. Sociedad Civil / S.L. / autónomos], [NIF/CIF], [postal address, Ibiza]. Email: hello@weddingvideosibiza.com, phone: +34 602 521 752.

What we collect and why

• Brochure requests. Your name, email address, whether you are a couple or a planner, your wedding date, venue and interest in content creation. We use this to send you the brochure and to reply to your questions. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Emails and calls. What you share with us when you get in touch, used to answer you. Same legal basis.
• Couples who book. Contact and invoice details and the information we need to plan and film your day. Legal basis: performing our contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations for tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Your films and images

We only share footage of your wedding publicly, for example on our website or Instagram, if you have agreed to that in writing. You can withdraw that permission at any time for future use.

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to a booking: deleted after [12] months.
• Booking and invoice details: kept as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

• Netlify (hosting of this website and the brochure form).
• [email provider, e.g. Google Workspace] (our email).
• Vimeo, only if you press play on our showreel. Vimeo then loads the video and may process your IP address and set cookies. We load the player with Vimeo's “do not track” setting.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, this happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our fonts are hosted on our own server. The only third-party content is the Vimeo player, which loads only when you press play.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@weddingvideosibiza.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or with the authority in your own country.
